Conveniently located in heart of BV & within walking distance of SVU!

Newly renovated, large 1 BR ground floor apartment with private patio and beautiful open views to the east toward the Blue Ridge Mountains. The space includes a very large open living area with a seating group and a full-size futon as well as a Nordic Trak for gentle use. The kitchen is new and includes a full-sized fridge, 2-burner induction cooktop, and microwave/convection oven combination. There is a private entrance to the rear, accessed by going down 6 steps and along a gravel path.

This cozy ( small bedroom) two-room suite is located near everything in Lexington. While not huge, it has many lovely amenities, including Netflx and Discovery+, a private bathroom with shower and supplies, a super comfortable queen bed, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the lawns of W & L and VMI! You will have one private parking spot. You can readily walk to the W&L or VMI campus (across the street!). Also, we have two luxury rooms and a cottage in our main house
