We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
