Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rock Hill

this Airbnb was a great location for a weekend trip in Charlotte. It was close to everything like eating areas and nightlife. The only thing I didn’t give a five star for was checking due to the layout of the apartment building the only way to get to the floor of the Airbnb is by using specific elevators with the level on it. check-in has clear instructions for finding the elevator near the parking lot, but not if you’re coming in from the front. Once we figure out the layout of the Airbnb, it was a smooth and easy process. I do plan on returning next time I’m in Charlotte!

My husband and I travel a lot and this is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. We stayed here for 10 nights and it was exceptional, no problems whatsoever. Every time we left the airbnb I was excited to go back for the night because of how cozy it was, it felt like a home away from home. We have a young baby and we felt it was very baby friendly which was a plus! We were provided with everything that we’d need and didn’t lack anything the entire time. It’s very obvious the owner values cleanliness and hospitality.

This apartment was wonderful! I extended my trip a day because I was enjoying myself so much! The view of the city is incredible and on nights where there are baseball games, it feels like you get your own personal firework show. The commute all around Charlotte was simple from the apartment. The host gives instructions for pretty much everything and responds very quick to any questions you may have! I highly recommend staying here and might even stay again myself!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is so cute and had nice touches like lavender scented body wash, water bottles in the fridge and on each night stand, and toilet paper with a cute fold and stamped indent on the end! We were a little worried when we first arrived, because the upstairs smelled of marijuana (nothing strong, but present). We reached out to the host, and she was quick to respond! Through dialogue with her, we realize the smell was coming from another apartment. She did offer to have the cleaners come back to try to fix the smell, but we said that wasn’t necessary; the apartment was very clean! There is a great restaurant down the street called Platform! We ate there every morning, and every dish we tried was great! We would stay here again!

Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

A cute and super clean home that was a perfect overnight stop as we traveled through North Carolina! Close to restaurants and shopping! Loved the convenience of the mini coffee bar! Olga is a fantastic host and was very flexible about a later checkout for my family on Memorial Day. We appreciated being able to sleep in before traveling back to Pennsylvania! Cute and conveniently located. This place was easy to find and the instructions to enter the home were clear. Communication and hospitality was five star! Spotless upon arrival and everything was neat, organized, clean and easily accessible. Great and safe location (just yards away from the local Police station). Walkable to Main Street and parks which was a plus! Appreciate that they allow for furry friends and the yard is fenced in. The home is on a quiet street which is always a plus! The beds were comfortable and all the bedding, sheets and towels were fresh and new. I would highly recommend Ryan's place and will consider it when I visit the Fort Milly, SC area again.

House is spacious and beautiful. The area is a nice, maybe a little remote from central Charlotte, but there are plenty of places within about a ten minute drive. A great place for a family reunion.

We were there to visit family. It was a perfect location for us. Minutes from family and restaurants and other outings. The house was very nice. Kids were able to fish, be outside and go for walks during any downtime. Chris was great to deal with. Offered options for us. Replied very quickly to questions and requests. We’re looking forward to another visit there!

We cannot say enough about how beautiful peaceful, comfortable and clean this was! Amy was super responsive to basic questions and so friendly and helpful. She even had Amazon deliver some oil ❤️ The water floats and kayakers were perfect and it was the definition of an amazing family vacation lakehouse! We will be back for sure!! Everything we expected and more!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.
