me and my girlfriend wasn’t able to celebrate our 3rd anniversary on our anniversary date so we decided to book our first airbnb trip and let me tell you as a first time using this it was the best getaway! so peaceful, beautiful, luxurious cabin. we both really loved this property and especially the kayaking! i can say i now have a new hobby :)!! Thank you to both the hosts for sharing their cabin! definitely will book again!

Great place! Everything was very clean and it really felt like we were at home. We really enjoyed being able to let our dog play in the yard and she totally did too. We would 100% stay again!

Jeff’s place was a peaceful, quiet spot for our weekend trip to go hiking in the area. It has the basics for meal prep or warm up, small frig space. My son is 6’1” and could not stand up fully in shower but we saw that noted in previous review before booking. I slept in loft which was great space, comfortable mattress and my son slept on couch - fold out needs some repair/new mattress. Overall space met our needs for the weekend and at a descent price. David was amazing from the beginning. We stayed at his place to look at Charlotte as a possibility to move next year. David gave us recommendations and told us about some houses for sale nearby. There was a bottle of wine at perfect temperature for us, he gave us recommendations to eat and even let our dogs stay at the bnb so that we could celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was clean and organized. The bed and couch are very comfy and the pool looked to be clean (we didn’t get in). I dont have enough good things to say about our experience. One of the best bnbs we have stayed in a while. Thank you David!

We traveled to Mathews for a high school graduation and the house was perfect for our short stay. Very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in the 121 Loft, very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, so much space, close to everything in Lincolnton and a short drive to Hickory. We were in town visiting family and can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a very welcoming home. Great atmosphere! All the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. I will say for 5 people there wasn’t enough towels for everyone. All furnishings are really nice. Comfy couch and enough seats for all of us to relax together and watch tv. The fire pit was wonderful at night with a great view. Was in a wonderful location to downtown Charlotte. Went to the Bank of America Stadium and was like 15 minutes away. There are kayaks but we didn’t use them. We were hoping to fish from the dock or the bank. We had brought all of our fishing stuff to fish. So, I will say if you do want to fish you would need to use them. The dock isn’t there. It’s across the water channel on a sand bar island hence you need to use the kayaks to fish open water. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. If we come back to this area. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent bungalow, everything was new and in good condition. Plenty of space kitchen was stocked and appliances were brand new as well. I would recommend it.

Wonderful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood in Rock Hill. Very close drive to Charlotte and surrounding areas. Lots of space and plenty of room for guests. Rachelle was a very gracious hostess and was very responsive to questions about the property ahead of time and during our stay! We would definitely come back!

Marcy was a wonderful and very responsive host. She was quick to help and resolve any questions or problems we had. The house was lovely and well cleaned. It was as described in the listing and a very good deal. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This home meet our exact needs. It was close to Lake Wylie, comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well kept. Preston showed off gracious hospitality! They also shared a bit of their world travels which we loved learning about as we looked around. He was also responsive and helpful for our questions. For our family of 4, attending a wedding, it was a wonderful place to rest. Thank you for hosting!

We had a great stay in Tom’s house. We were staying here for an AAU tournament and this place was very convenient To the sports event center. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing for much needed quiet time. It’s very peaceful on the deck with a great view of the meadow. We enjoyed exploring the property. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!
