Small attic studio on Quai de Caligny on the 3rd floor, city center, ideal for one person. It is not suitable for more than 2 people. (please respect this) Restaurants are just downstairs from the building. Beautiful view of the port. Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow.
