In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin, 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet 35 m2 outdoor terrace. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with double bed of 160 x 200 and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays.

A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

In a corner of greenery on the heights of Rochetaillée, Le Haut sur la Colline is a quiet and relaxing place. Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it has a wide and unobstructed view of the Monts d'Or. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes by the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
