We will be happy to host you in this cozy, independent apartment, adjoining our house located 25 minutes from the center of Lyon and at the gates of Beaujolais. You will enjoy all the comforts of a brand new and very well equipped apartment but also the large garden of our house with views of the Monts d'Or and on sunny days of the heated pool. In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin, 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet 35 m2 outdoor terrace. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with double bed of 160 x 200 and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays.
