Our place is a 1980's barn/woodshop that never housed animals that has been converted into a lovely three bedroom home.We are 20 minutes from Rikert 2019 hosts of the Bill Koch Festival and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl.The place is light and airy with southern and eastern sun.The main living room has 13 foot ceilings with lots of couches, arm chairs and places to hang out, read and or relax.We are in the heart of the Green Mountains with skiing and colleges, an easy drive from the house.

Red Acre Cottage is an easy drive to Killington/Pico, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Rikert Nordic Center/Blueberry Hill XC skiing, Suicide Six, and Stowe Mountain.

19th Century farmhouse with modern interior on over 100 acres bordering National Forest. Summer: boundless nature, lawns to play sports or lounge, har-tru tennis court, field and forests to explore. Winter: sledding, x-country, downhill Property includes strong, high-speed Wi-Fi.** Please note: for the 2025-2026 winter there is no working fireplace. **This is a new change from the slow internet that has existed previously.

Also, we have recently introduced a NO CLEANING FEE policy as our way of saying "Thank You" for respecting our property and guidelines.

The Sauna House

The Saunahaus is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.

The McKinley House

In the village of Rochester. Walk to bakery, cafe, tavern, grocery, and town green. Hiking, biking and Nordic ski trails! Thirty minutes to SugarBush, Pico, Middlebury, and Killington. Located in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest. We are dog friendly but we require a conversation about it before you can show up with your dog. We charge $100 pet fee for your stay.
