Ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι,που χτίστηκε στο πέρασμα των αιώνων και εκσυγχρονίστηκε στο πέρασμα του χρόνου, διατηρώντας τον χαρακτήρα και την γοητεία του. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ένα δροσιστικό και γαλήνιο πρωινό στον ιδιόκτητο κήπο με τις λεμονιές μας, όπως επίσης μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την βεράντα στο "ανώι" για να απολαύσετε το βραδυ σας. The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

Χωριάτικο ανακαινισμένο σπιτάκι μέσα σε αμπελώνα στην απάνω μεριά Σύρου. Οι Κυκλάδες όπως ήταν πάντα. 20 λεπτά οδήγηση από το λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό όχημα απολύτως απαραίτητο! Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Προτείνεται για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη φύση, τις πεζοπορίες και αναζητούν την ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται μιά ανάσα απο την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού (πλάτανος) και από το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Ο χώρος αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και διαθέτει και καναπέ που γίνετε κρεβάτι.Ενιαίο χώρο κουζινας-σαλόνι και μπάνιο. Διαθέτει επίσης άνετη αυλή με τραπεζαρία.
