What can I say... Everything was perfect! Very well equipped house, complete with everything! Tastefully furnished, with careful attention to detail. Very close to the sea, easily reached on foot. Giuseppe was very kind, he gave us valuable advice! Upon our arrival he and his wife pampered us with delicious pastries! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

A wonderful country home with lovely hosts who greeted us and gave us the full walk thru and welcome. Some really cool furniture pieces and we both found the beds comfortable. Very accommodating. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy and could've easily enjoyed a full week there. Alas, we had to get to our next stop. We were traveling by car and appreciated the parking right next to the front door!

Everything is more than perfect, nothing is missing in the house, but just nothing, from the essentials to the mosquito plates, I spent 11 days in August with my daughters in perfect comfort, the house is spacious, fresh, clean, equipped with everything, exceeded our expectations and the description on airbnb We were without a car and we shot so much using the Salento bus line that passes comfortably under the house. We also enjoyed the beautiful bays under the house. Francesco and his family are very helpful, precise, friendly and reliable, we left a piece of heart, we will definitely be back. Thank you again

Cozy, bright and spacious house. Convenient location for access to the center of the village and the beautiful beaches and coves of San Foca and to all the beautiful Salento beaches nearby. Outdoor space for outdoor dinners and grill. Very helpful host. Need some small maintenance in the kitchen and bathroom to be absolutely perfect.

Modern, clean, comfortable bedding. The hot tub is a real pleasure. However little kitchen equipment, no oven or microwave, just 2 cooking hobs, no basic necessities, the necessities for 4 people no more. We stayed there for 2 days so it suited us but it may be limited for a longer stay. Antonio who welcomed us is super nice!
