This was our second time staying in this beautiful mountain hide-away in the Deep Creek / Bryson City area. We love the hike all around the property - it's amazing in itself - but also very easy to get to 'the road to nowhere', the Great Smokey Mountain National Park is basically connected to the property, it's so close! If you want to get away from the city / noise of urban areas, this is for you! Large, open home with two full baths, so great for a family (and our pups love it here, too)!!

This house is awesome! Great views with lots to do! The backyard is beautiful. Phillip was a great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay in Bobby and Dina’s beautiful, river house and they were the perfect hosts! They were very responsive to questions and even offered area suggestions including a wonderful local butcher, for our BBQ night on the deck, listening to the peaceful sounds of the river. This home had everything we needed to prepare meals, very clean and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this home for your trip to the Murphy area and would love to return when we have more time to fish & kayak!

the place was clean and stocked with everything you need. they even provided towels by the back door to clean our dogs feet. it was very private, beautiful and peaceful surroundings

My wife and I grew up in Sylva. We came home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had several questions for Diane and she was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We have stayed at Mark's place 3 different times. It is our favorite getaway. I love the kitchen, record player, fireplace, view and hot tub. The cherry on top is that it is pet friendly. Hope to come back again.

We were there for 3 night and it truly felt like Home. This is the right place to go if you’re trying to disconnect and have some peace and quiet. overall amazing.

Very homey feel in the Bryson City mountains , quiet place with zero disturbances. Sara was awesome in responsivness and we plan on staying again.

Honestly, don't usually do the review thing. But, with this property I had to. WOW is all I can say. if your looking for a peaceful mountain vacation or long weekend this is the place. There are no pictures that can justify the actual mountain views. The cabin itself was extremely clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The peace of mind to let the dogs out in the fenced yard or porch is a huge plus! Jo, was an excellent host, always quick to reply. Even when we decided to add an extra night in the middle of our trip. Cannot recommend this property enough!!!

We loved it here and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautiful! The proximity to Great Smoky National Park was great. A very peaceful home to relax after a day of hiking. Jeromy was an amazing host and very responsive. He helped me with an issue with an Amazon delivery which was much appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book!

Diane Marie was very quick to respond to messaging and the place was better than the pictures! Being able to sit in the living room and look out at the Mountain View was incredible. She even messaged to check on us after an earthquake hit nearby. Would definitely recommend spending a few days here! Well suited for a car group looking to cruise through the many nearby scenic highways.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here, from the home itself to the outdoors surrounding it was exactly the peaceful, serene environment we were needing. The house literally had everything that we could’ve possibly needed cookware wise and even cleaning wise because although we were on vacation in a neat freak and with 2 boys the messes are sure to follow. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do with our sons. We did not want to leave 💕 thank you so much for having us.

This house has it all and more! Very spacious and comfortable with top of the line finishes, fixtures, electronics, and appliances. Our family loved being able to stay together and enjoy the gorgeous views. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area!

nice spot to get away for sure. close to robinsville and tale of the dragon. was able to bring my dog for the week which made the trip extra awesome.

What a great trip! The house was perfect for four senior ladies on a Girls Trip. So much fun… wonderful time with friends, yummy food, beautiful surroundings… ate all of our meals on the spacious screened porch overlooking the lake. We are already planning on coming back next year!

This was our family's second stay at Blue Heron Haven and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect. It's a great location for swimming on the lake. Becky answered all of our questions and is always helpful and responsive.

THE A- FRAME WAS EXTEMELY COMFORTABLE THE 2 KING SIZE BEDS WHERE SUPER COMFEE VERY HIGH QUALITY LINENS BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IVE BEEN TRAVELING TO SANTEELAH FOR 20 + YRS .UNIT IS SET UP TO COOK ALL YOUR MEALS IF YOU CHOOSE . OUR FAVORITE IS TAPOCO LODGE &TAVERN GREAT FOOD AN RIGHT ON THE RIVER.

The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. Very easy access right off the highway snuggled on a little trail that had other cute little well kept cabins. The cabin was very clean with all the amenities needed. Our host Tori was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin. This was our first experience with Airbnb and do not regret a thing. Sure beats staying in a hotel.

The cabin was beautifully decorated and the view was amazing! Bed was comfortable and the home had about everything we needed. Very relaxing and the fireflies glittering over the front grass area in the evening were just the icing on the cake!
