Close to local shopping area with pubs, restaurants, etc. Ideal for groups of family or friends. The hosts normally live in the property and offer guests the choice of having either hosted accommodation or completely self-contained accommodation (the former with continental breakfast, local knowledge and free 'taxi' rides into town).

The Little Cottage, Blackweir Cottages

This stone built single story little cottage is set in a court yard that was part of the farm that supplied food for the Marquess of Bute at Cardiff Castle just half a mile away. This charming old cottage was probably an animal barn. A Perfect quiet location in the centre of the vibrant city. it has its own WIFI. Please note that it is NOT Blackweir Terrace (which is about 200 yards the other side of the road) but Google maps have overruled me! See directions after you book.

My small cosy town house is the perfect base from which to explore Cardiff. It is set just a few streets back from Roath park and is close to Albany and Wellfield road, with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. You are not far from town, with easy links to the Bay. The house itself has recently been renovated and although there are still bits left to do, it will provide a comfortable and quiet place for your stay.
