These "old houses" with wooden panels were built in the middle of the 15th century. Neighboring the tourist office, one of the most beautiful buildings in Roanne, it has been very recently renovated. It combines charm and elegance with neat and warm decor: you will quickly feel "at home".

A light-colored hallway features a decorative wooden wall mirror with a geometric design. Two wooden knobs are positioned below the mirror, providing a functional element. A light pendant is suspended from the ceiling, contributing to the modern aesthetic of the space.

Lovely cozy renovated studio close to all amenities, IUT, train station, nursing school. Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium without an elevator in the city center in a quiet area. Private parking space included in the residence. The warm accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Sofa bed (DUNLOPILLO) Bed linen and towels not provided but available for rent (€15 fee) End of stay cleaning also optional upon request (€30)
