It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

Located 10 minutes from the A62 and A65 highway exits, the accommodation is in the heart of a small, peaceful village in the center of the Graves vineyards and 10 minutes from the Sauternais This apartment is new. It is cozy with its separate bedroom. No pets allowed. Please note: booking for 1 night or more. (€20 cleaning fee included) Linens and towels are provided. This apartment is next to my house. I will be happy to welcome you. FYI, the staircase is a little steep.
