In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The subway takes you to the center of Oslo with all the shopping, museums and attractions in 10 minutes. The bus is also an option if you want to go to Nordmarka, the lake or to Oslo city center. Only 9 minutes by bus to Oslo Winter Park Alpine Resort Skimore.

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. There is no through traffic. 5 minutes (400 meters) walking distance to Røa city center with shops, swimming pool, subway and bus. Kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate bedroom and bathroom.
