The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400,-

There is a sunny terrace to the west with outdoor furniture in summer time Indoors there are 2 bedrooms and toilet-room and large bathroom up on the 2nd floor. On the main level there is an entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen. You can park up to 2 cars on the side of the apartment. Free parking is available on site.

The property has a nice location in a well-established residential area, about 1.4 km west of Rjukan city center. From the property you have walking distance to all city amenities. Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and laundry. Lita cottage located on a farm with a wonderful view of the lake Totak and the mountains. We live in one of the houses in the yard. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Vesle Åse is part of Gaustatun, which also consists of two more cabins, Grimsborken and Vestavind. The annex is modern and cozy with a fireplace and view, a good kitchen and cozy bathroom. In the loft you have the opportunity to adjust beds as needed. You'll get to most things you need for a relaxing hike to the mountains. Large window surfaces, where you can enjoy Gausta's "wild" nature. Ski in/out just outside the door, short way to cross country tracks. In general area you can find restaurants and bars.

Eel hut constructed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut area with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Charlotte was very warm, welcoming flexible, immensely helpful to any questions and being very responsive. The home is as good as it looks in the photos with everything that you could possibly need as well as a beautiful view that makes the home one of the best spots for this area.

Very nice apartment that is brand new, good beds, and we had everything we needed! I want to stay there again and also recommend it to others. It was lovely to arrive to freshly made beds and clean towels. Nothing is missing. Good opportunities to cook and nice space in the winter garden with a view to drink coffee. I must add that there was an elevator there that should not be used, but definitely handicap accessible if possible. This also applies to the bathroom.

We had an amazing week with the extended family. What a great cabin with lots of room for big and small. To be all together and retreat and relax. And then the surroundings were absolutely amazing! We enjoyed beautiful cross-country skiing trails right outside the door! Thank you for a great stay

Very good stay at Bard's.
