Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Rivière Noire District

We had a lovely stay at Josephines - nicely located, easy beach access - peaceful. The house is lovely so tasteful and airy, great sized bedrooms all with ensuites! Had everything we needed.

Chris et Bertheline sont très chaleureux et accueillants. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nous reviendront je l'espère ! Merci pour tout.

Me & my brother had a fantastic stay at Marie’s airbnb. She has a very spacious home & she is incredibly friendly & welcoming host even thought there was a slight language barrier! Can’t wait to come back… 😎

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille (4 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans) et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La villa est située dans un endroit paisible et la nature tout autour est magnifique. Le jardin ainsi que la maison sont très bien entretenus et nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. La piscine est très agréable ! Stéphanie qui s’occupe de l’entretien de la maison durant la journée fait un travail merveilleux et en toute discrétion. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité de Sacha et de Laurent ! Bref, nous conseillons ce logement les yeux fermés !

The accommodation was exactly as described and more! So private, clean, relaxing and the pool welcoming in the heat. Plus watching the bats roost in the evening was amazing! This was our first time in Mauritius and found it easy to drive on the roads and easy to locate the villa. You will definitely need a car though to get around as restaurants and shops are not within easy walking distance. Nearby restaurants Nomad and Vanilla Garden are excellent for food/service but the Chinese restaurant and Frenchie café at the bottom of the road are to be avoided. The London supermarket is a 10 minute drive and has everything you need if you are using the villas large kitchen or fabulous outdoor BBQ. We stayed there for 1 week but wish we had stayed for 2! If you are looking for peace and tranquillity this is the place to be! Thank you very much to our wonderful hosts.

Un petit havre de paix , directement les pieds dans l’eau ! De magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Une maison propre , bien équipée et très sécurisée ! Avoir une voiture est recommandée il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes de route. Il faut cependant faire attention à la sortie c’est une route assez fréquentée ( la maison est très bien insonorisée on n’entend pas les voitures)

Logement très grand , moderne et très propre. La femme de ménage est adorable, elle vient tous les matins. Duplex lumineux avec climatisation et ventilateur. La situation est vraiment idéale à la sortie de Pereybere vers cap Malheureux . Il suffit de traverser la route pour trouver une superbe petite plage , très calme. Le lagon est magnifique ! Emplacement Idéal pour visiter l île . On peut aller à pied à Pereybere , environ 10 /15 minutes

We have been coming to Mauritius for 14 years and this was our first stay in Tamarin and Pascale and Fabrice's beautiful penthouse apartment. The location is central in Tamarin, close to restaurants and shops and easy to get to. A rental car is definitely recommended so that the island can be explored. The penthouse apartment is great, very well and tastefully furnished, clean and the terrace with 180° sea view is fabulous. But best of all is the incredible hospitality of Pascale, Fabrice and their lovely daughter Ali. We felt so welcome and right at home. The family are not just landlords, they offer a hospitality that cannot be surpassed. Especially your help and support during the cyclones (yes, it is cyclone season in Mauritius now) was so important to us and took away our fears - thank you so much Pascale and Fabrice. We will definitely come back soon.

Grâce à Nina, mes parents sont bien arrivés et une attention à été préparée pour l’anniversaire de mon papa comme demandée. Je me suis sentie à l’aise dès que je suis arrivée sur place. Je recommande vraiment ce logement pour les familles ou les groupes d’adultes qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes dans un cadre paradisiaque. Encore merci à Nina qui était à l’écoute de tout nos besoin. Nous avons même pu louer sa voiture à un prix raisonnable su plusieurs jours. Juste un petit blocage au niveau de la femme de ménage qui n’était pas joignable facilement sinon au top! Je recommande :)

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und genauso wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We stayed in one of Villa Les Manguiers apartments for 1 month. We are a family of 3. We felt comfortable in the apartment. In a central location close to everything in Grand Baie. 2 minute walk from some nice restaurants and very close to the super market. It was a perfect base to explore this beautiful Island. It is a budget accommodation, clean and good value for money. Thanks to our host that we found very helpful with all of our enquiries about the country and his family for a pleasant stay. We will stay here again if we need accommodation in Grand Baie.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique. Amélia et Manav nos hôtes sont très rigoureux quant à la réussite du séjour des voyageurs. L’accueil est hyper chaleureux dans un cadre calme, verdoyant avec une piscine comme il faut. Le logement que nous avons occupé répond parfaitement aux besoins de chacun ( 2 couples) Cerise sur le gâteau, le chef concocte des plats savoureux tout comme le petit déjeuner, servis au restaurant qui est sur place au bord de la piscine. La plage est à 500 m et s’appelle plage de Île Maurice. C’est un endroit paradisiaque très faiblement occupé. Les transports en communs sont à proximité et desservent les villes essentielles. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement ce logement. Si nous revenons à Maurice ce sera ICI ! Merci Amélia et Manav d’avoir participé à la réussite de notre séjour à Maurice.
