The house has an outdoor space for reading, having lunch... The sea is a 10-minute walk down a non steep staircase; from home you can leave for several excursions. The center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilet. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.
