A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin amidst the trees, in a cool and quiet setting between my house and a trailer on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

We wanted to meet the need for unique, comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price: €50 for two people. You will find two single beds, a bathroom with a composting toilet, a heated outdoor shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Shared swimming pool.

Calenzana, 1 km from the GR20, cabin at the bottom of our garden, beautiful direct view of the mountain. Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilet. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked for the dates you want, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an option, there is a private spa in a cave 50 m from the chalet, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours of access.
