Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio è in una zona residenziale tranquilla a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare ed è molto vicino a luoghi di interesse come ristoranti, supermercati, spiaggie,... L'alloggio è pulito e ordinato come da foto e Riccardo è stato molto disponibile offrendoci nominativi di luoghi dove mangiare, parcheggi, spiaggie libere,... Ci ha anche offerto le sue biciclette per girare la città. Viareggio è una città molto accogliente e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

L'appartamento di Sonia è piccolo ma dotato di tutte le comodità e molto confortevole. Il bagno è grande e pulitissimo, così come la camera, bello anche il giardino. Sonia è un'ospite impeccabile, gentilissima e discreta ma sempre disponibile. Consigliamo questa sistemazione, comodissima anche per raggiungere tutti i punti dell'isola.

Très beau logement paisible, Nadia est très à l'écoute pour notre confort et que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Nous recommandons ce lieu, beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours. Encore merci !!

Il Casale di Giovanni è davvero un' oasi di pace e tranquillità dove ricaricare le batterie dopo un anno di lavoro. A soli 10 minuti in auto dalla belle spiagge libere o attrezzate e da numerosi borghi e paesini caratteristici che meritano una visita. La casa è proprio come la descrizione se non meglio, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Giovanni è un host puntuale, preciso e discreto. In una parola: super consigliato!!

Lucia ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!!! Sie gab gute Tipps! Für einen Floren Besuch ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. In ca 3km Entfernung ist ein Bahnhof, mit vielen Parkplätzen und in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug in Florenz. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Комфортные комнаты недалеко от Флоренции с большим садом вокруг дома. Тихо и уютно. Приятные и вежливые хозяева, очень помогли советом по бесплатной парковке во Флоренции. Рядом много хороших ресторанов, местных лавочек и есть супермаркет. Окрестности очень красивые, удобно добираться до основных туристических городков.

Notre séjour chez Maura était excellent ! L’endroit est très bien placé pour faire des randonnées ou de l’escalade. Il y a des bons restaurants dans le village en dessous et l’endroit est même accessible en bus et à pied. Maura était très accueillante et nous a donnés des super conseils. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon moment chez elle. Merci encore pour tout ! C’était parfait :)

Elda est une hôte très réactive et adorable qui malgré la barrière de la langue nous a accueilli avec grande gentillesse. Logement irréprochable, propre avec de petites attentions pour tous. La location fait partie du logement d’Elda mais il est entièrement indépendant et intimiste avec ses hôtes discrètes. Nous conseillons ce logement.

Lovely home, we loved our time in Tuscany and loved to have Gianpietro’s place as a retreat to relax and enjoy the views. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

Spacious and clean, well connected to city centre with public transportation. Kitchen tools very basic, but you don’t want to cook at home while in Bologna

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au milieu des vignes, la piscine chauffée à débordement est juste parfaite! L’appartement meublé avec goût et tout le nécessaire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathiques, nous recommandons!

Siamo stati benissimo. Host super attento alle nostre esigenze. Casa accogliente e in posizione splendida sia per Firenze che per il Chianti.

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die ich über AirBnB bisher gebucht habe. Wir haben uns von Anfang wie zu Hause gefühlt - es ist eine super Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Interaktion. Der Pool und die ruhige Lage waren ein Traum. Und ein besonderes Highlight war das organisierte Pizza-Event. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter 🩷

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

I visited Maria Teresa's with my 2 year old son and husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maria Teresa is such a warm and welcoming host, lots of local recommendations, home made cake always available and a bottle of prosecco on our arrival! This is a beautiful and remote spot, great for some relaxation. There is a soccer pitch and lots of space for children to run around within the grounds and a small playground down the road. The local trattoria serves up delicious fair and is within walking distance of the house. The swimming pool was closed when we visited as it was too early in the season but is only a short walk from the house.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, nice pool, secluded but close enough to shops that you can get groceries. Our first day we didn’t have groceries so sari called up simonetta who owns the closest shop and drove us to her shop which was opened just for us to have food for the night! She drove us to and from the train station for us to get back to the airport; truly the most accommodating host you could ask for. She speaks perfect English and Italian, too. Well built house with thick walls - even though there were other guests during our stay we hardly saw or heard anybody else, other than sari if we needed her help.

È raro trovare un posto così curato e pulito. Luca e la sua famiglia rimangono a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta; la loro casa è vicinissima alla dependance ma la privacy degli ospiti rimane sempre al primo posto. Alloggio perfetto per godersi un po’ di tempo fuori dal centro rimanendo comunque vicini a tutti i servizi, con la possibilità di raggiungere il lungo mare in pochi minuti

Cristina's house near Siena is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Just 20 minutes from Siena, it's perfect for day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, or Chianti. A car is essential but ensures a peaceful, authentic experience. The clean, well-equipped house has a kitchenette (fridge, stove, washing machine) and AC. The bathroom is small but functional. Outside, there's a surprisingly deep pool and various spots for relaxing or dining. We were surprised by the poor connectivity - almost no phone reception inside and extremely slow internet with weak Wi-Fi. Cristina mentioned it's not for working, but we underestimated the limitation. The surroundings were mostly quiet. Cristina, though not on-site, was very responsive and helpful. Tips: The parking is 50-100m away; ask about unloading at the house. Bring extra toiletries for longer stays. Request the correct Wi-Fi password before arrival. Overall, an excellent choice for exploring Tuscany. We'd happily stay here again.
