We are located less than 2 km from the towers of San Gimignano, which can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes along the "Via Vecchia" or by car in less than 5 minutes. The hotel has convenient parking, two swimming pools, a gym and is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, cypresses and pines. All rooms have an outdoor space equipped with chairs and a table. The rich buffet breakfast is included in the rate and adjacent to the property is our historic "Da Pode" Restaurant.

We are located in the green hills of Pistoia, 12 km from the city and 8 km from the Zoological Garden, with which we have an agreement. The area is scenic and quiet, ideal for relaxation and walks. On the ground floor of the building, we run a small catering business. We have a kitchen and a small room where we prepare and serve meals for the family and for customers. On the first and second floors, there are our rooms and those of the guests.

Restaurant service is available for both lunch and dinner with a la carte menu. The restaurant will always be open for lunch service while for dinner it is mandatory to book by 4 pm of the same day.

New room, a short walk from the town center and the sea, in a very quiet area near the parking lot. The room has a private bathroom and, unique among our rooms, a private balcony in case guests do not want to have breakfast on the terrace shared by all our guests.
