Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games as well as relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the spas just for you. Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
