Vacation rentals with a patio in Riverside, Austin

Love staying here, got a good bit of peace on a staycation in Austin. Cool neighbors and one of them had some cool friendly dogs. Cool Riverside vibes, definitely be aware of your surroundings of walking around at night, but that’s just the world and this place was really great, private and safe.

We had a great stay! The location was really great - lots of restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks near by. While there were people out and about it felt very safe and was pretty calm and quiet considering how many shops were around. Check in was easy with thorough instructions and the apartment was clean. Parking garage access was a huge plus. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Super cute home away from home! I found the unit very comfortable, the location was great, close to all my needs, and Danielle was a terrific host, very friendly and responsive. I will stay again, in fact I’ve already booked my next visit.

Tom was a great host. Loved the feeling of the private apartment feel while still being connected to the house. He was super responsive and engaged with our adventure as we look to move from Dallas to Austin. His house was located in an area of Austin we are looking at moving, and his interactions and location of his house made the trip super worthwhile. Totally recommend !!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Anas place was perfect for my work trip. Ana was really responsive when I had questions. The only downside was the parking spot was a far walk from the place itself, but wasn’t a huge issue for me. Overall a great place and great value with a good host!

Honestly loved the place. was very clean and smelt amazing. Was very easy to find the apartment and the stay was great . also had very comfortable bedding/mattress.

A beautiful and cozy place to stay. The apartment is in perfect condition and looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Great location, with all spots within SoCo just a 5-8 minute drive away, and it never took more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in Austin. Cleanliness was five-star. My brother and I loved our stay at this place! It was very quiet and very comfortable. I used to live one street over so I loved being able to walk to some old hangouts and even see some old friends. Our hosts were extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I had a question. The little patio on the side yard was the perfect place to sit and take a peaceful break. I definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a clean, modern place that is the best of both worlds - super quiet and relaxing, but still really close to downtown. It felt like a little oasis.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at!

Absolutely loved staying here! This unit is well equipped with all the amenities and more! Location is amazing and I loved walking and exploring the neighborhood, including the cemetery grounds. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything about the space was clean and well organized. John even provided K-cups! While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, I realize that is individual preference and I was still able to rest well. Whenever I return to Austin, this will be my #1 choice for ABnB!

We loved spending our Anniversary weekend at the Pool House. The home was beautiful and spacious for two people. We loved having the pool and covered patio right at our door. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom not being separate was very convenient. We were able to easily walk to many restaraunts and bars which we enjoyed. As endurance athletes we especially enjoyed the 20m pool for swimming laps and close access to running trails around the lake. Ally was super responsive to our requests, and the whole experience was just what we wanted for a relaxing getaway.

Had a great stay at SoCo Rentals! Perfect location in the heart of SoCo. The hosts were very communicative! The place itself was clean and decorated with local Austin things which was a great touch! Would totally stay there again!

We had a great stay here for a bachelorette party! Great location, very responsive, flexible, and easy-going host. A smidge tight for 8 people but honestly with low-maintenance girls it's absolutely doable. The house was maintained very well. Sleeper-sofa was may more comfortable than I would have guessed. Overall, an excellent experience - would recommend!

We were looking for a place to relax away from our routines and closer to downtown for my husband's birthday and Dylan's place was it. We are grateful for Dylan letting us stay at the home. it's located in a calm, safe, quiet neighborhood, couple minutes drive to Zilker park. You get to share a wall with a neighbor but still have so much quiet and privacy. The home was very very clean, beautifully decorated, functional and very peaceful. Check in and out was clear and simple. We locked ourselves out mistakenly but Dylan was able to help us get back in seamlessly. We slept well, definitely enjoyed the hot tub and played mini golf. We loved our staycation and we would definitely come back again!

AMAZING place!! Can’t say enough about how awesome our unit was at Natiivo! Nils was so great to work with and the place was the best we have been to! Extremely clean and so well stocked with so many extras that made our welcome and stay that much more special! It felt like home as soon as we walked in and we fell in love with the location and area shortly after! Words can’t even describe the rooftop pool and lounge area along with the beautiful sunsets every night. We ran the trail around the lake every morning….and enjoyed so much food and coffee treats during our stay. Only downfall is we didn’t have enough time to try more restaurants in the area! We will definitely be back and would stay at Nils place again for sure! Thank you for being the best host and having such a welcoming place for us!

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Great views from the unit and the pool. If I ever have a chance to visit Austin again, this would be the go-to place for stay.

Loved staying here! So close and walkable to many places. But we absolutely loved the view from the balcony! We would definitely try to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.
