We had an amazing time staying at this boutique apartment in the central district of Sairme Hill. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area, yet close to local attractions and public transportation. Our host, Zuka, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that our experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Хорошая, красивая, светлая квартира, со свежим ремонтом. Находится в тихом районе, в окрестностях есть все необходимое. Хозяйка отзывчивая, помогала быстро решить все возникшие вопросы. Учтите, что в доме нет лифта, а квартира находится на четвёртом этаже, что может доставить неудобства, если у вас тяжёлый чемодан. В остальном - все просто замечательно, спасибо!

Чистая большая квартира, с великолепным панорамным видом из окна на горы. Есть всё необходимое для автономного проживания (стиральная машина, оборудованная кухня, кофемашина и тостерница). Есть ванна. Очень мягкие большой дизайнерский диван и двухспальная кровать. Немаловажно наличие в доме лифта, когда он есть не замечаешь, а вот когда его нет то очень даже не хватает.

I had a great time staying in this apartment for one month. It was my first time using Airbnb, but thanks to Gvantsa’s clear and friendly communication, everything went smoothly. The apartment had everything I needed, and the location was perfect. Walk two minutes to the left and you’ll find a new gym and a small supermarket with all the essentials. Within a maximum 10-minute walk, you can reach the nearest metro station. Add another five minutes, and you’ll reach the large City Mall. Another positive is that this whole area isn’t touristy — it’s primarily local. So, to sum up, this was a perfect base for discovering the city of Tbilisi and experiencing local life. I have no regrets at all about staying here.

The place is great. It has all needed things, the bathroom was perfectly clean, the concierge was friendly, the building itself is safe. There are several groceries nearby. And in case if you are an IELTS taker this place is 2 minutes away from the British Council centre

It was an amazing stay! The place was nice, well-equipped, and neat, just as shown in the photos - if not better. The host, Eteri, was incredibly helpful and always responsive, making the whole experience smooth and great. I'll definitely stay here again on future visits, hopefully. Highly recommended!

A pleasant place, near the metro and grocery stores. It's clean, looks like in the photos. The streets are not the most convenient for walking, and there is a construction site nearby.

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

I really loved this place. The location is good, everything is near and within walking distance. it's clean and organised, had all the amenities I need. The hosts are wonderful and friendly and very helpful. I urge everyone to try it. And I will definitely come back again.

I stayed in this flat for a month and it felt very cute and cozy. We came to a clean house, had some toiletries available already and Misho made it easy for us to find the house. The flat has everything you need for a long stay and we didn't have any major issues. The flat doesn't have a microwave, unfortunately, but there were non-stick new pots & pans that made heating up the food hassle-free. I stayed in May and weather was either feezing or boiling hot, and the flat helped with both, it has central heating + AC and everything worked perfectly fine. Misho was always in touch and if I had any concerns, he replied within 5-10 min any time of the day. Overall, super happy with my first time using airbnb and choosing this apartment.

Perhaps one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Anna was incredibly quick and ready to accommodate us, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. She is gracious and attentive- she gave us a few lovely recommendations that deliciously upgraded our first day in the area. The flat is comfortably located within walking distance of anything you might need. It’s just a very short bus ride from the city center, which I found very convenient. The place is central and full of life without being noisy or uncomfortable. The apartment has everything you might need- and more. It truly feels like a home away from home. The place is beautifully decorated, with objects that are both useful and aesthetically pleasing. Also, her thoughtful selection of books adds a cozy, personal touch- there’s something for everyone to enjoy. So, thank you, Anna, for our lovely stay! We'd love to come back. :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment. Die Lage war hervorragend um alles was Tiflis zu bieten hat zu Fuß zu entdecken. Trotzdem war es eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Tamara è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutati in maniera repentina in tutte le occasioni. L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole e ben attrezzato. Assolutamente consigliato!

The apartment is on 14 th floor, with a huge veranda with the bird’s eye view of Tbilisi. You can just stay there and see everything ! Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot tub, well stocked kitchen … more then you ask for when you book!
