Monthly Rentals in River North Art District, Denver

I stayed at Joe's place for two months and could not be happier with my experience. The home is exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. I loved the neighborhood and the park being across the street. I always felt comfortable and safe walking or going for runs. No problems ever finding parking. Great jumping off point for exploring Denver. Joe has thoughtfully provided everything you could need for a longterm stay without the need of resourcing items yourself - cookware, dishware, laundry, linens etc. He's also an excellent communicator and responsive to all inquiries and needs. I would 100% recommend this spot and would stay here again myself.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home in Denver while enjoying some great food and catching a Broncos game. I always prefer a home over a hotel, and this one checked all the boxes! The attention to detail took me by surprise upon entry—whoever handled the remodel and construction did an absolutely phenomenal job. As a residential home builder, I noticed and appreciated the quality work and thoughtful design throughout. The kitchen and shower were especially impressive, and all the little touches really made a difference. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Denver. Highly recommended—keep up the great work!

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!

Patti, was a fantastic host. She was very responsive. The spa type bathroom was great, bedroom was tight, but worked. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the area close to RINO and/or a show at Mission Ballroom, this is great pick.
