In the state-recognized resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz." The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful view of the valley. The house is fully equipped.
