First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

An outdoor balcony is featured, furnished with a wooden dining table set for four. A flower vase with fresh blooms sits at the center, while a panoramic view of modern architecture and the waterfront is framed by glass railings.

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

The property's location at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbour bath, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a stroll along the promenade, take the fishing rod out onto the pier, hop in the harbor bath, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m), or dine at one of the many new restaurants and cafes nearby. The cosy marina and the popular outdoor harbor swim are just next door, and a 15 min walk will bring you to Aarhus downtown. Parking is in the basement.
