The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to sign a waiver.

PERFECT place to disconnect from life! it is about 30 minutes from any kind of store. I would definitely recommend trying to bring your Essentials like coffee paper towels shower towels. we stayed for 4 days and it was me and my husband but we were only provided with two towels so definitely recommend bringing your own towels. it's very peaceful location you're not really around anything except the woods so it's a good place to go to reconnect and get off your phone and internet and everything else that distracts us every day.

Was there for a wedding at Whispering pines farm in Calhoun. The area was very nice. The cabin was very private and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying around that area, and would definitely stay again.

"Fox View Cottage" Pet-Friendly, No Steps, Views!

Denises' place was a little piece of Heaven. To start Denise was highly responsive and a clear communicator. I was traveling with my 83 yr old mother whom can't maneuver many steps so, I needed to find a place that was easily accessible. This was certainly it! No steps, beautifully appointed, clean shower, and bathrooms on main. The beds and linens were as soft and as comfortable as my own at home. The home is nestled at the bottom of the mountain right up against the bedrock. They have actually built the decking around the bedrock which was a wonderful little feature that showed such creativity. The kitchen was Very Well appointed and very clean. Denise had left homemade Molasses cookies in the freezer for us to heat up. This was a big hit with Mom and her friends who came to visit her! :) The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and definitely higher end. The entire home was decorated quite tastefully with clearly much thought behind it. We will definitely be back to this lovely

Brand new gorgeous house with expansive views. I spent the weekend with my adult kids. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the views. The host had set up the house with great amenities and little touches, including soaps for the shower, fluffy towels, and quality furniture. We rarely stay in the same place again, but with Chattanooga so close to where we live and this home being so perfect for our needs, I really do think we will stay here again in the not too distant future.

Chris and Suzy were super kind and responded to questions within 20 minutes. We travel with our goldendoodle and they were super accommodating to welcome him to stay in the cabin as well. They had family board games and great WiFi service. The cabin was wonderful and just what we expected for a relaxing trip. Its located near Cloudland Canyon State Park which has spectacular views of the mountains, canyon and waterfalls along easy to strenuous hiking trails. The hot tub was a perfect end to each day. It is close enough to Chattanooga for great dining and sightseeing around the city. I definitely recommend staying here.
