The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city bustle, enjoy the greenery, socialize or just listen to birdsong. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten km to central Malmö. Two km to the nearest shopping center with a large grocery store, gas station, shopping, and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in under 15 minutes.

A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
