Please note that this house has seen my children grow up because it is my primary residence. I put a lot of heart and energy into restoring it and I continue to maintain it as best I can. Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
