This peaceful accommodation in the heart of the Landes forest offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to Dax, located 36 km from the beaches and 17 km from Lake Arjuzanx. Located in a large wooded and flowery park, bordered by the Landes forest, the cottage can accommodate 4 people in a pleasant and relaxing setting. You can walk to the shops of Rion des Landes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsstand...) The ocean is a 30-minute drive, the Arjuzanx site (lake and nature reserve) is 12 minutes, Dax (spa town, casino...) is 25 minutes. Biarritz and Biscarosse are less than 1 hour away. The Pyrenees and the Spanish border are 1.5 hours away.

Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.
