We stayed at Casa 1881 for nearly a month and had a great time. The place is spotless, at a good central location in Riobamba, has an amazing breakfast every morning (that I'll add is different every single time), and Santiago is always available for assistance or local tips. He set us up with a taxi to Chimborazo, making for a very easy experience. Netflix in every room was a plus (and note that Netflix in Ecuador has a different selection than that of the US). Also, fast internet to boot. Would easily stay again.

The room features two spacious beds, one larger and one smaller, both dressed in white linens with brown accents. A decorative painting is mounted on the wall above the beds. Soft lighting from two bedside lamps creates a warm ambiance in the inviting space.

The best place to stay in Riobamba is Casa de Marmol! It is extremely comfortable, in a place close to everything in the city and above all Diego and Irmita are the best hosts - very attentive, friendly and always providing recommendations in the city.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with a quilted cover and decorative pillows. Natural light filters through the sheer curtains, illuminating the hardwood floor. A wooden dresser is positioned against the wall, complemented by a bedside lamp and a wall clock.

The place is very nice and spacious, the host is a charm of person, the view is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that it is not independent and if it goes out then it touches to communicate the time at which you will return home. 😓

When booking Katy's apartment didn't realize parking was going to be an issue and I let her know and she quickly without any issues she offer me other options she had and switch me to another place. She was so easy to work with and always answers calls or texts. She went above and beyond, she is awesome host! Thank you Katy!

This is a lovely place near the center of town. I would recommend staying here and their family is so sweet and kind. They gave us great tips for getting around, made us breakfast and gave us bikes for $7 a day. They have an adorable son who loves to play and cute cats. We appreciated our stay there, thanks again!

Josue was an excellent host. She was waiting for me on arrival. Even book hours in advance Josué was able to accommodate the stay.
