Vacation rentals with a patio in Río San Juan

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

This was a great location on the beach. We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and the location of the condo to restaurants. It was nice to be able to cook our own food in the condo. The pool and condo were very clean.

It felt like home. The host Jarolin was amazing! She was always prompt in the responses whenever I asked something and gave me crystal clear instructions. The restaurants recommendations were spot on and if I’m back to Cabrera, I’ll definitely book with her again!

This village is one of the greatest places I've stayed. Secure, private, quiet, and pleasant, extremely clean, with a nice parking area and a very polite host. The workers make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Spacious and quiet second floor apartment. Loved the balcony and the neighbors. Appreciated ample parking and good communication with Vilson. Host was quick to respond to our needs.

Spent a few days at the house and wished it was longer. The view of the house is beautiful and the house was comfortable. It’s in a great location. Denise was very responsive and the owner Gloria was super helpful and gave us good recommendations and people to contact. Highly recommend! Hoping we make it back one day!

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.

This is my second times booking with Charles. First time was guys trip. This time was business. I contacted Charles because I remembered the back up power and great wifi. I was able to work and play and little on this trip. With no worries. Staff was great. The chef Yolanda was on point. Now if you want to be in the center of town. This is not your villa. But if you need to work and relax. This is right up my our alley. I will return again. When in the area.

My family and I loved this place. Consuelo is an amazing host, she responds immediately and is very friendly, above all attentive. Her accommodation made us feel right at home. You couldn’t ask for any better than this. Right next to the beach, pool, secure building, and even a surf instructor on site! Not to mention it’s walking distance from endless restaurants and anything you could possibly want to do in Cabarete. Also, the condo itself was really nice and tastefully decorated. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the porch area and watching the ocean. Look no further! This is the spot you’re gonna want if you’re coming to Cabarete.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

We loved our time at Orilla del Mar. George is a fabulous HOST and he always responded quickly to my questions and also provided updates about property maintenance, etc. The CONDO itself is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to have access to a BBQ. It is a good 20 minute walk to town but for us the LOCATION was perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is lovely. The palapa's on the beach were a definite bonus. George made everything easy and we couldn't have found a better place or host. We would not hesitate for a second to return.

Her local insights truly enhanced my experience, from discovering the best spots in town to hidden gems I wouldn’t have found otherwise. The property is right on the beach, which was absolutely perfect for a kiteboarder like me and my kids. Waking up to stunning ocean views and having direct access to the beach made this trip truly unforgettable.
