Cosy House: Studio - great WiFi and RO water

SophiaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Cosy House is indeed cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower has hot water and good pressure, the drinking water is delicious, the bed is comfortable, and the leather chair is relaxing for a good book read. Although there are ear plugs, the walls are very thin and you can hear people walking by and talking and cars on the street woke me up. Admittedly I’m a light sleeper, so this may be a nonissue for others. This would be a great place for someone who spends most of the day out and about.

Secluded guest house with outdoor fireplace

ScottRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My 90 year old dad & I enjoyed a few days at this wonderful property. John is a super friendly and accomodating host. We enjoyed visits from John's dogs everyday. The back "yard" is many square miles of open range desert with views of Mt Wrightson & Mt Hopkins to the north. Cattle stopped by daily for a drink. Lots of interesting birds to see. Bird feeders and baths are set up. Birders: Just 15 minutes to Santa Gertrudis Lane, closer to a couple other access points to de Anza Trail. The Tubac de Anza trail access is 25 min. Canoa Ranch is 30 min, Patagonia 45 min & Madera Canyon is 50 min.. We sure wish we had more time there. I look forward to visiting again for longer.

Views + Fire Pit: Hilltop Retreat in Rio Rico!

LisaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Breathtaking views and generous outdoor spaces from which to enjoy them. This house was a luxurious alternative to individual hotel rooms for three coworkers while we attended back-to-back meetings in Patagonia and Nogales.

Border Nest (Duplex #1)

Jean CRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is the second time staying here! Absolutely love the place, I would recommend it if you need a place to stay near the borderline of US and MX. Lots of stores nearby, walking distance to different places to eat and enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. If interested in exercising, right in front there's a running track, soccer area and basketball court. Place is lovely for family or for yourself!

Apartment 2, near the Consulate.

How absolutely fantastic my stay at this place was! I truly enjoyed my time there. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly strong, which I know isn't for everyone, but it's something I personally prefer and thoroughly enjoyed. The restroom, while small, was incredibly convenient thanks to the thoughtful amenities provided. The bed was firm yet very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the closet was the perfect size for my belongings. It was also incredibly helpful to have a Family Dollar and a gas station right down the street – that convenience made a big difference. Finally, I really want to commend you on your consistent and communicative approach. You were incredibly patient with my responses and always respectful, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Tubac Resort Home!

MalloryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay at Sue's home. It was very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The front courtyard and back patio have great views of the mountains and the windows bring in great natural light into the home. We appreciated that the front and back were fully fenced for our pups. The neighborhood is spread out and it was very enjoyable to walk around with our two dogs. Sue's home has lots of privacy and is very well appointed. There are many seating areas to enjoy each beautiful part of the home. Loved how open the home is. It is a short distance to walk to the golf resort and a 5min drive to town or easy walk/bike into town if you wanted. We had great communication with Sue before and during our stay. We loved looking at all the art work and furniture inside and appreciated how each piece fits in so well. Her home is very well stocked in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We'd highly recommend her home while visiting Tubac and would love to stay again on a return visit.
