Located in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available on request. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
