Vacation rentals with a patio in Río Grande

Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

This is a great place! Exactly like the pictures, very spacious and nicely laid out. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. This place is great for families - the condo community has a small pool that is fairly shallow and shaded, as well as a small playground. It’s walking distance to a private, empty beach with very calm waters. It’s also near the Hyatt resort (10 minute walk or a short golf cart ride) where you can pay for a day pass to use their huge pool and beach. Would stay here again!

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! I loved this Airbnb. I purchased it because it is near all of the activities which include zip lining, Carabalí adventure park, a short drive to Luquillo beach and the boat terminals, and it’s about 35 minutes away from San Juan. It’s also about 20 minutes away from go karts and Walmart. The penthouse itself included a whole lot of amenities that were helpful throughout my trip. They have everything you need for the beach and it’s clean. They have games, cards to tell you how to make mixed drinks and TVs in every bedroom. It also has pots and pans, as well as coffee machines and blenders. In summary, it is extremely convenient and true to the description. I recommend it to anyone driving around PR.

Very friendly and great with communication

What a find- such a gem. We walked the farm, had drinks at the bar, enjoyed excellent pizza and made friends with their cats. Such a cool spot on our road trip. Also, while Puerto Rico was having a black out, the farm is run by solar power. So no worries if that were to happen on your stay.

Very peaceful location with great view of mountains, extremely beautiful place. Only suggestion is to download offline maps to get here conveniently.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

I am so glad i found this beautiful stay in luqillo! I hope to make puerto rico a more frequent vacation destination & this stay at Ricardos will be my too pick! House was beautiful spacious even had a washer and dryer which was so convenient on our last day. We did a lot of excursions so we had a bunch of wet clothes. We stayed up all night in the back patio which was beautiful homey and comfortable! Absolutely loved this home & cant wait to be back. Its close to all excursions around, jet skiing, horse back and atv. San juan is decently close also! Easy drive and nicely secluded.

Staying with Joel was a pleasure. The location was perfect, very accommodating and provided great local tips. The house was fabulous for our group. Big and clean. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. Joel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. We’d love to stay here again!

Incredible experience at Hacienda Cattleya. Natalia is a wonderful host, and incredibly responsive and kind. very clear communication before, during and after. This place was luxurious. Mountain top views for days surrounded by nature but also incredibly close to everything you would want to do. Very comfortable beds, full kitchen with enough pots and pans for cooking meals. The pool serves as a wonderful centerpiece but we spent most time together on the patio just taking in the views, listening to the birds. while you do get the occasional party sounds from nearby, you won't notice them inside at all. If you are renting a car, I'd recommend a small SUV. Big TVs for those who need a break or some video entertainment in bad weather. Washer and dryer were such a nice convenience. best part was the value. You absolutely get more than you pay for. To me, this was the ideal Air BnB experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

we had a very peaceful stay. The place is sooo clean and everything is organized and label. The pool was so clean and peaceful to just sit and intake natural at its best. Love it here.

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. I really enjoy the quick get away for my husband and I. It felt like home and was a such a beautiful place. the condo was immaculate and cozy. it was very convenient to some nice local spots.

This was a 10/10 stay. Beautiful home in Rio Grande that was able to comfortably fit 6 people in this space, had the listed amenities, with tons of extras. The Check-in / Check-out process was smooth and Jennifer was a responsive host! The home is in a great location close to many shops, beaches, El Yunque & More! Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do outside of the condominium. We especially loved the beach area; there were tons of sand dollars and starfish, and we even got to witness a sea turtle release, which was such a special experience. The Luquillo Kiosks were a favorite spot of ours—amazing food and atmosphere. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

Dewey's place was perfect for first timers to the island. The views from the rooftop patios were breathtaking! On one side, there were gorgeous views of the ocean and all of Luquillo bay. On the other, clear views of El Yonque and the neighborhood and you could hear all of the It was really special to stay in a real Puerto Rican neighborhood with vibrancy, life and character. The neighboring properties still shows signs of hurricane damage but that served as a great reminder that we are all just visitors here. Getting to El Yonque and OSJ was so easy. We were able to explore the coast from Dorado to Yabucoa on our trip and made it back to see the best sunsets of our lives each night. We saw many great beaches but the one by the unit was one of the best with views of Luquillo, the river and the mountains. The unit was very well appointed with beach and cooking accouterments alike. We loved the supportive beds. Dewey was very communicative and a great host. Will stay here again!
