Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

We have sought to equip our beach apartment in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico to a high standard, to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. It is fully equipped and is located inside a private gated community named Bosque Del Mar, offering 24/7 security and lots of amenities. It's just minutes away from El Yunque Rainforest, the Wyndham Rio Mar Casino & Spa Resort, and great Golf courses.

A spacious patio area is set with a dining table and chairs, complemented by lounge chairs positioned on a grassy expanse. Palm trees sway gently in the breeze, while the ocean is visible in the background under a clear blue sky.

Our apartment is in front of a beautiful, uncrowded, quite beach and is part of a gated community with security guards 24/7, where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a playground. This listing is at the feet of El Yunque National Rain Forest. Our neighbor is The Rio Mar Hotel with its Golf Court. You’ll love it for its coziness, views, and tranquillity. Perfect for romantic couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOTE: HAVING A CAR IS A MUST!

Come to play, explore, or just relax on the beach- a stone's throw away. The condo is fully equipped and there is NO CLEANING FEE!
