The property spans over 15,000 m², where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Santuario del Señor del Sacromonte and the majestic Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl volcanoes, especially stunning at sunrise and sunset. A delightful detail is the presence of friendly animals on the property: several cats, a mule named Blanca, and two very affectionate dogs, Luna and Vivi, all vaccinated and gentle protectors of the space. Maximum capacity: 4 guests, distributed in 4 individual beds. The bedroom is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs (as shown in the photos). New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
