very quiet place,on arrival you may think that it is not good because there is a building with a work embargoed on the side,but as soon as you enter and rise everything changes,the landscape is spectacular,the condominium is well taken care of, a clean pool,and the very spacious and ventilated apartment,for those who want tranquility, privacy,can come without fear. downtown Pitangui is a bit still and for you to arrive in Christmas takes a certain 30 minutes,to the black tip 1 hour,to Jenipabu is close and the beach is very beautiful and great for bathing,you can go by ferry if you want a rsrsr adventure. The graçandu beach in front of the tbm condominium is very good,the Pitangui lagoon is 5 minutes away and is very good tbm. the only point that I think could improve would be the beds, we slept peacefully,but maybe other people do not sleep as well as they are springs. In the end,all wonderful,we intend to return for sure,I miss lying on the hammock , on that spectacular balcony.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, modern and welcoming, with superb views of the beach. Walking distance to the beach is great, as well as the beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

The experience I had with my family in Matthieu and Ana accommodation was wonderful! The house is beautiful, comfortable and Nenê's service made our stay more special, we feel welcomed as in our own home. We will definitely go back again!

The chalet is very cozy, beautiful and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is complete, there are barbecue and other utensils that make the experience even better. The condominium is extremely quiet, ideal for those looking for rest. In addition, it has a beautiful swimming pool and a well-organized, clean leisure area with a stunning sea view. The only downside was the restriction on temporary visits from third parties, beyond the allowable guest limit. During Carnival, I took the opportunity to visit several friends staying in neighboring condominiums, but unfortunately, I could not welcome them to the chalet even for a short time, as the rules of the condominium did not allow. I believe that greater flexibility in this direction, for quick visits, such as a lunch or a two-hour chat, would make the experience even better. Other than that, the stay was wonderful, and I recommend the place without hesitation!

The house has the necessary utensils for a great stay. We also had the assistance of Fátima, always very kind and that made all the difference. We love the time we spent there.

The house is exactly as advertised. The route to the condominium is super easy and fast, a peaceful, quiet region with lots of nature. The house is great, super ventilated, has all the utensils we need. Super indico and I will be back again. The condominium is by the sea, opened the gate is on the beach, with great staff. Fabiano is super helpful.

Accommodation as described. All clean and tidy. Detail only for the air-conditioning which, being old, did not cool so quickly. Location is literally Beira-Mar, which is great. But the town at night has nothing to do, having to resort to the surrounding towns. To rest is perfect. It is suggested to offer breakfast, even if I pay part, taking into account the lack of infrastructure of the city (groceries very far away).
