Beautiful Old Three Floor House Built in 1923 Downstairs, there is a living/dining room, a kitchen, a small patio, a bathroom with a shower, and a half bathroom. Up the stairs, on the mezzanine level, there is a second full bathroom, and on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, as well as a living room with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds. We continue to climb and arrive at the deck terrace with an office area and libraries where you will find an immense variety of books.
