Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. We are a family (My mother and my brother) You may contact us at any time. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

Sebas' apartment is very nice. Very bright and sunny. Very well laid out. It has everything you need. It's also quiet. The host was waiting for me and showed me everything there was. Very attentive. For those traveling by car, the building has a good garage, which is not easy to find in Montevideo. It is two or three blocks from Montevideo shopping and other services.

The beautiful house that they have built and decorated in a place that for me is the most magical on earth - at the foot of the dunes, bathed by the sea and mirrored by a blue horizon that makes you dream - turned out to be even more perfect than the beautiful photos that anyone can appreciate in the description. The exuberant and more than abundant glazed views allowed me to enjoy the Mediterranean pine bath, as well as the bands of mountain wrens, and other native birds with beautiful morning singing. The internal comfort is magnificent, the air conditioning equipment regulates the chosen temperature in all spaces. The comfort and beauty of the bedrooms and bathroom. Great host. Exactly the type of host one would want on Airbnb. Federico was in contact with us the entire time and was very welcoming. He was flexible with us leaving our luggage in the apartment as we had an early arrival time. He had good recommendations for food and made himself available. Very good host, which is becoming more and more difficult to find in recent years.

A bright entryway features polished wooden floors and an elegant white chair with dark wooden accents. French doors lead to an outdoor space filled with greenery, while natural light softly illuminates the room.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!
