The residence is located in scenic and quiet surroundings north of Kvaløya, approx. 25 minutes drive from Tromsø city center. The rental part consists of a kitchen, living room and bathroom, and four bedrooms in the attic. Great views of Kvalsundet from the kitchen/living room. Popular area to see the northern lights. The nearest grocery store is 8 km away from the house, in Kvaløyvågen. The grocery store is open 10 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays and 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays. If you want a store with more selection, the nearest is at Kvaløysletta.

Great views and a quiet area where you can enjoy idyllic mountains and natural surroundings. The Northern Lights season is from September to April. If the weather is clear, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. Many unique destinations on foot and by boat that the host can inform about if needed and have maps available in the house.

Here you have the mountains and the sea as your neighbors and can relax or experience adventures around the whole of Kvaløya and Tromsøya. You can use the whole house with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room with space for up to 6 people. If you need a little extra, we have a small sauna with a lovely panorama. Best suited for up to 4 people. The view overlooks the beautiful Ersfjorden and you live at the very end of Naustbuktveien.

Fjell og Fjord is a place for nature lovers, outdoor sports enthusiasts and anyone seeking peace and quiet. A small place of power. The little cottage with panoramic views of the breathtaking Skarsfjord and the islands of Rebbenesøya and Sandøya invites you to relax and unwind in the evenings after long days in the mountains, fishing, skiing or hiking. From the large windows on two floors, you can watch the northern lights dance while enjoying a cup of tea. Here, the view is your evening cinema.

Designer lodge with sea-side sauna and hot-tub

Beautiful designer house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. We charge NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.

Our house is situated on the appropriately named “whale island” (Kvaløya), just a short 15-20 minute drive to Tromsø city centre and 12 minutes to the airport (9km). This is a perfect location for those searching for a true Arctic experience, as the house is located at the main hub of Kvaløya. Dog and Reindeer sleddings are close by (3km). It is truly is the perfect place to appreciate northern Norway.

Bring your family or friends to the beautiful and rural surroundings of Holmeslett. The newly renovated house of high standard is located only 15 min drive from Tromsø city center. The house is located near the sea and has beautiful views of the mountains on Kvaløya and Malangen. Great hiking and fishing opportunities, rich bird life, and nice flower meadows. Good northern lights conditions.
