The house is from early 1900s and renovated in recent times. The house has a kitchen, two living rooms and WC downstairs. Exit to the porch and garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet and shower. Exit to balcony. Lovely cultural landscape and attractions such as Lokstallen, Hadeland Glassverk and Kistefos. There are great hiking opportunities around the house and in the area.

Cabin without electricity and running water/drainage. Take a trip to Svingom on Holleia. Here you will have a cozy cabin with simple standards! In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the barrier, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in forest waters around. Holleia offers amazing hikes for those who want to walk short and far. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! Forget the worries, enjoy long lovely days in this lovely cottage by beautiful Tyrifjorden. Here you are vacationing both rural and central at the same time. Oslo 40 min away, the fjord on the plot, golf course 5 min away and not to mention Krokskogen with lovely ski slopes, hiking and biking trails! The cabin is newly rehabilitated and is a great custom to come back to after active days out. No water! Drinking water comes in cans (arranged by host), water for washing is collected in the fjord. Brygge and beach. The place is right between Hov and Brandbu as the nearest towns. To Gjøvik takes 45 by car and Dokka 35 min. Short distance to Hadeland Glassverk , Kistefoss and Jevnaker bathing facilities.

You'll love the place because of the view, the location and outdoor area, with direct access to the river. The place is good for couples, you traveling alone and families (with children). canoes & boat included.Just an hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking

The Livørs building consists of a total of four bedrooms, three with a good size size and a smaller bedroom. Simple equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, micro, and stove.
