You and your family are close to everything!!! The house is simple, but it has everything you need to enjoy the summer in style! It sleeps 8 people comfortably! It has a large outdoor and covered space where we have a barbecue, sink, table and chairs, and outside there is a beautiful 7x3.50 swimming pool in front of the house and a patio, all enclosed for greater security. In the house we have 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Laundry and outdoor bathroom and even a shower in the back patio!

Casa 1 Germinada Entire Space New House.

Germinated House No. 1, 400 m from the Freitas lagoon, 2 km from the sea, downtown and main supermarkets. Quiet place that makes up for the cost of the accommodation. We do not have air conditioning to avoid raising the price, but there are 2 large fans. Pet? Yeah, only the cute ones, but the responsibility for noise, cleanliness and depreciation will be the guest.
