Claudia and Alonso are excellent hosts! The apartment is cozy and clean. The view of the ocean and nearby parks is beautiful. This is one of the best Airbnb lodgings that we have booked. We highly recommend!

Our stay was great! The location had many restaurants near by and a short drive from historic downtown. However, it could be noisy at night from traffic below.

The place was absolutely stunning, with an incredible view of the ocean and nearby parks. Everything was in walking distance and we were able to explore so much. What really stood out to me was our host, Vladimir’s communication. Since we had booked months ago and the days leading up to our stay, he was so responsive, kind, and easy to get ahold of. The trip was incredible and will be a lasting memory for us thanks to Vladimir ☺️

Good location

I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and well taken care of. The area is very quiet, especially at night: there is no traffic or car noise, which guarantees a good rest. The apartment has a minimalist and functional style, and the building in general is in very good condition. In addition, the host was very attentive and kind; when I asked him for something to improve my stay, he responded quickly and willingly. Totally recommended.

Excellent location and very comfortable

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

Had a wonderful time. This is the second time my family has stayed in the house and it felt just as good as the first time. The house had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing. Sofia was a wonderful host and quickly responded our questions. Highly recommend it.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

My stay was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean, nice and quiet, just as seen in the photos or better. Communication with the host was very cordial and clear, always willing to help and explain everything necessary. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely love this place — it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy and perfectly located. At this point, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Peru. Already looking forward to our next visit! Our stay was perfect. Francisco was very helpful the whole time, super nice and answers your messages/questions very quickly. The place is just as it appears in the photos: spacious, super comfortable and conveniently located, close to several tourist sites. Highly recommended!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people
