Onze comfortabele, ruime & sfeervolle bungalow, gelegen in het prachtig bosrijke buitengebied van Holten (nabei de Holterberg), tussen het natuurgebied de Borkeld en het nationaal park de Sallandse heuvelrug. Het gebied is perfect om te fietsen, wandelen en andere buitenactiviteiten uit te oefenen.Wakker worden tussen de vele vogels en eekhoorntjes. In de heerlijke tuin rondom het huis nodigen de verschillende zitjes uit om veel buiten te genieten. Het huis is recentelijk volledig gerenoveert.

Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken, snelle WiFi en een fijne houtkachel. Op de veranda kunt u heerlijk uit de wind zitten in de loungehoek. De prachtige houten buitensauna is hout gestookt, met alles voor een privé- opgietsessie! De sauna is extra bij te boeken, incl. hout en opgietset voor €40 per dag.

Ons chalet ligt op het recreatiepark Hessenheem. Het chalet staat op een ruime kavel, waardoor er veel privacy aanwezig is. Het park beschikt over het volgende: - Een eigen buitenzwembad (waar u gratis gebruik van mag maken); - Bistro “de Loep”; - Eten en drinken “Buuf en Buur”; - & diverse speeltuinen. In de omgeving zijn er veel mooie fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden. Naast het zwembad op het park, bevindt zich tegenover het park een openbaar binnen en buitenzwembad “de vijf heuvels”.

In the center of a beautiful tourist town, walking distance to over a dozen bars and restaurants (including 2 Michelin rated), shops, the train station and the second largest natural park in the Netherlands, the Holterberg, sits this large modern, 500 m2/ 5000 sq ft villa with 3 large bathrooms and indoor hottub. All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

Op het overdekte terras kun je heerlijk ontbijten of later op de dag wat lezen in de ligstoelen. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De grote slaapkamer heeft een ruim bed met heerlijk matras, en dankzij de snelle wifi biedt de grote kamer ook een volwaardige werkplek. De kleine slaapkamer biedt twee extra slaapplekken.

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.
