Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (approx. 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (approx. 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (approx. 35 minutes, car) in the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

This charming and cozy residence with stylish furnishings is centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the beach. Everything within a 30 minute drive. There is a private entrance. You enter on the ground floor. Here is a private toilet, private bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator. Upstairs are two rooms, a bedroom with flat screen TV (all channels and Netflix), breakfast/ office and wardrobe. On the landing is the oven/microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Rest in the Randstad (for vacation or work)

The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). For short trips, you can use (for free) the four bicycles we have. We have created an information book for you with all our tips for the area.
