Thanks to the refined taste and quality materials, the values of the house, whose construction dates back to 1928, have been preserved in the design of the apartment. In addition to the apartment, guests have access to an additional outdoor space by the sea, and private access to the sea. The apartment is designed for 3 people (with special conditions it can accommodate 4 people). In the same house, a small studio apartment for 2 people is rented, which can be rented at the same time when it is free.

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Charming old building from 1896 located near the city center and the port. The light filled apartment has 100 square meters. There are two big bedrooms with ACs. One bedroom has a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, e.g. washing machine and dish washer. Moreover you can drink your morning coffee on my balcony and enjoy the sea view. I am subletting my private apartment when I am not in Rijeka. Therefore I ask you to leave the apartment as you found it.
