Very nice house with great pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with privacy.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

This is the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever seen. Everything was perfect, very clean, very spacious, very bright, close to the sea. Nothing to say, it was sublime.

Nice apartment in a quiet place. Beautiful beach nearby. Near the city of Krk, where there are shops and restaurants.

The six of us very much enjoyed staying in Matulji. Despite the fact that the garden is on the track, we have not been bothered by this. The train only comes a few times a day. The garden is beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was super nice. The spaces inside were a bit on the warm/confined side, due to the shutters. The amenities were great, the kitchen well equipped and sufficient barbecue tools. Good to know that the hosts live above the accommodation and have to pay a lot of attention to the garden to maintain it so well. As a result, we sometimes missed some privacy, because someone is regularly messing around in the garden while you are at the pool. If you are very particular about your privacy, I recommend reconsidering this stay. Some of us found the chat with the host a few times a day very cozy. Josip was very friendly and super helpful.

Great position if you want to visit Crikvenica,Selce,Novi Vinodolski. If you're traveling with a dog, the apartment has a yard where your dog can play,and the beautiful dog beach is only 10 minutes away by car. The place is in a quiet location,away from the hustle and bustle, yet close if you want the same.

darko and his wife were impeccable hosts, available at all times. The apartment was really comfortable and very close to the Coast, so a point in favor of the chosen one, to try again for sure

We spent our five nights in one of the wooden cabins and were able to enjoy the togetherness, nature and tranquility together with our dog. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to take care of us over the period. Miki was available to us at all times and was very helpful (picking up firewood, round recommendations, etc.) Her hospitable nature showed Miki and his partner above all by bringing us local apple juice from the neighboring village. All in all, a very successful stay to unwind and feel comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Dinner and breakfast was lovely and tasty and we really loved their cute dog! We really felt like it was a very authentic experience! You will like this place if you like being outside and don’t mind not having warm showers. There is also a lake for swimming close by!

Toralf and Marina are very hospitable and have served us coffee and cake right after the strenuous drive. Very idyllic location. By the pool you could only hear the birds chirping. You have a view of the sea. Every now and then you get a nice visit from the two cats Mia and Lucy, who are happy about petting. Betty the dear dog also greets you when you come back from a trip. The house has everything needed and more. Medulin also has everything you need: grocery stores, a beautiful harbor with good restaurants and a beach. Always happy to come back. Fantastic location, surrounded by greenery and tranquility! Miki is a great host.

My partner and I were Miki's guests for only 2 nights but with great regret because the place was worth a longer stop. If you want a real dip in the nature and tranquility of a remote place but without sacrificing the comforts of accommodations and amenities (everything is very new and well functional) then it is the place for you! We thank our host Miki and his daughter for the attention to detail, the delicious hospitality they offered us, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, great view, lovely wood stove. Noisy neighbours: Bronsty deer😜. Nature is very close here. What a wonderful place to disconnect from civilization. Incidentally, great internet coverage (KPN). Being able to make beautiful walks from the house. We were able to charge our electric car for free in Skrad! (Elen network) The Ioniq 5 went smoothly across the forest and gravel paths to the house. Definitely recommend if you are looking for peace!
