Your family will be close to everything: city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy district, which is popular to live in. The best place in the apartment is the balcony with a view of the forest, sea and Aarhus Ø. It is usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. The living- and dining room are one large room, so there is plenty of space for several people to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 junior bed, 1 bed, 2 mattresses / a playroom and a workplace with a view.

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Comfortable home near all Aarhus Main-attractions

Homely, nice and quiet apartment close to the botanic garden and the university. Its only 20 minutes walk from the center of Aarhus, and its very easy to reach the city by public transportation (10min). The apartment has a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a dishwasher, a functional bathroom with a toilet and shower and a spacious living room. The bedroom has a big bed, and the appartment comes with a backyard. Nearby you will find the beach and a lovely big forrest for a good walk.

Jeg udlejer min hyggelige 2 værelses lejlighed beliggende i Aarhus C. Lejligheden har integreret køkken og stue, hvoraf den bagerste del i rummet er indrettet med sofa og tv. I lejligheden er der i øvrigt et rummeligt badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Lejligheden ligger i stueplan, og der er direkte adgang gennem stuen til terrassen, som har morgen- og aftensol. Betalingsparkering ude foran lejlighedskomplekset, eller mulighed for gratis parkering på Trøjborg (ca. 10 min. gang)

I har derfor lejligheden for jer selv og skal ikke dele. OBS: Sengen i gæsteværelset er kun 120 cm. Nyd en lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver, og som er i kort afstand til Aarhus Universitet, Letbanen og Risskov. Lejligheden har en stor stue med balkon. Derudover et skønt lille badeværelse og et fint køkken med ALT køkkenudstyr I skal bruge. Der er gratis parkering lige ude foran døren. Vi kan evt. efterlade en madras, som I kan lægge ud i stuen, hvis I ønsker at være 3.

Spacious flat with spectacular view at Århus Ø

Our 2 bedroom apartment has the most spectacular view of Aarhus bay and is situated on the new upcoming area Aarhus Ø. It is 126 m2. You will love it because of its magnificent view, the light, the large balconies the spacious rooms and the atmosphere. Everything in the apartment is up to the highest standards! The cosy marina and the popular outdoor harbor swim are just next door, and a 15 min walk will bring you to Aarhus downtown. Parking is in the basement.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
