All the comforts are there, you can go there without so much as a second thought! Jérôme and Bea are super welcoming, we felt right at home! We can't wait to come back!

A welcoming and peaceful accommodation on a pedestrian street in Saumur, extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. Smack in the middle of the old town. Just what we wanted. There must be twenty cafes or restaurants within 100m. The appartment is small but very well organised, clean and comfortable with nice decor and thoughtful touches. Double glazed; we had no problem with noise, but they provide ear plugs if case someone ‘s having a big night in the square below! We would definitely stay here again.

New accommodation, very well arranged. The renovation work is of high quality. It has everything you need at your disposal. Easy street parking. Once the outside is landscaped, it will be very nice. A silent fan is available and very appreciable for high heat.

The location is perfect for exploring the Loire Castles with several beautiful sites nearby. David, our host was available and attentive, making our arrival easier. Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

Coming for a volleyball match, we were a 10-minute walk from the gym. The location of the accommodation was therefore ideal. Being behind the train station is no problem, we didn't hear any noise. Quiet neighborhood, impeccable accommodation. I recommend it without a problem. Albert is also a very friendly and welcoming host.

Hello, We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights, very nice host, helpful, responsive, with good advice on what to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was very good, good location, quite large. Two small downsides, the key box to collect the keys is not on the landing but on the other side of the bridge, and the insulation of the apartment which is not perfect, but that does not prevent sleeping or otherwise. Very nice stay, in a very nice apartment and a very nice host too. I highly recommend it.
